Below are the seasonal lots that are available for the 2026 Season at Homestead Campground.

All lots have 30/50 amp electric paid directly to Delaware Electric Co-Op unless otherwise noted.  Water & Sewer is included in your license agreement as well as daily trash service, off season leaf removal and limb trimming, and access to all events and amenities.

All incoming rv's must be within 15 years of the current year (for the 2026 season, rv's must be 2012 or newer). All seasonal license agreement holders must undergo a background check for approval to reside in the park.
