2027 Seasonal Lease: $4,400

Site Information:

• 30/50 amp service (service through Delaware Electric Co-Op)

• Water, Sewer hookups, daily trash pick up

• Please note, new lot photos will be taken at the end of the 2026 season as several trees were removed from this area to allow for a larger rv on the lot.

Requirements:

• Submit the Homestead Campground Application for Seasonal Site Form, and Credit Card Authorization Form. Background and Credit check requires a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 processing fee.

• Once approved, Seasonal deposit of $1,000 is on November 1st 2026, remaining lot rent of $3,400 will be due on April 1st 2027.
